You will admire the splendid Ca ‘d’Oro, the Renaissance Ca’ Vendramin (home to the Casino, just 50 meters away) and, before the San Marco basin, the wonderful profiles of the Basilica della Salute. Venice is an endless collection of places to visit and corners to discover; museums and art galleries are found everywhere and it preserve works of inestimable value; every year the city hosts international exhibitions in prestigious venues such as Palazzo Grassi, the Bevilacqua La Masa Foundation and many others. The natural scenery that surrounds the city of Venice, the lagoon habitat and its countless islands, is extraordinary beautiful.
In the square there is also the Correr Museum, the most important civic museum in Venice. Piazza San Marco changes during the year depending on the events it hosts, from the Venice Carnival, New Year’s Day, to Majestic Concerts and various events.
